I saw this ad on the Food Network station and I went on line to order it, I put all my information in the correct boxes and when I hit order, it advised me that it did not go through. I tried to correct this error where it was asking me for the information, but still kept telling me that it would not go through. I then got the phone number and ordered it over the phone, where it was very misleading with this automation call. I found out that now I was charged twice for something that I only wanted two of. One was for $61.78 and the other for $74.72. When someone called me for more information I told her I was not happy and she gave me the Customer Service number. I called and told him that I would send it all back, he advised me that if I did send it back I would only get back $69.95 out of the $136.50 that I was charged for. Robert Irvine, if you are reading this, I will never order from this company again and I can’t believe that you have put your name on this product that I have not got the chance to try. This is a total rip off and I would like my entire money back. Oh and by the way, the man that I spoke with in Customer Service was not that polite either.
